The program

Three steps from getting to know the tools
to building your own working prototype.

Step 1

Masterclass

2 hours

We show how the tools work and how to use them for your tasks.

Tools. Sign-in and setup, models and modes, ChatGPT, Codex and Claude Code. Projects, plugins and skills.
How to work. Context and prompts, screenshots and visuals, voice mode and using AI to control a computer. Checking the result.
Your examples. We use your company's documents and tasks: building presentations and working with websites, apps and internal services.

Step 2

Workshop

1.5 hours + questions

You try what we demonstrated. Each person works on their own task.

Try the tools and workflows from the masterclass yourself.
Share your screen: mentors help with setup, prompts and tricky steps.
Review the result and finish with a solution you can reproduce.

Step 3

Hackathon

1 or 2 days

Build a small product for your team. In either format, the first version is ready on day one.

Before the event, we choose tasks together, define the outcome and prepare materials.
During the hackathon, you build prototypes with mentor support and test them on your own scenarios.
At the end, you present your solutions and decide the next steps for putting them to work.

1 day

A well-defined task: from an idea to a first working solution.

2 days

A more complex project: after the first version, we add integrations, refine the workflows and test the solution on real data.
